IMO, at least 1 more person is going down for this: former Scott Co. Sheriff Hughbanks. You can find his name in previous links.

Layering. Also, most of this was done through a non profit, an ambulance service, commissary fund, etc. He had his name as head honcho and just transferred stuff willy nilly. Add in your wife and at least 1 daughter and there ya go.

Lowe, the former jail officer, is charged with escape, official misconduct and trafficking with an inmate. His trial is scheduled for January in Clark County.

I wonder if that trial went on.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - Indiana State Police began taking custom clothes from Jamey Noel’s Jeffersonville home after investigators determined a clothing order from a custom clothing store was going to be delivered Wednesday, March 13.

According to a search warrant, a judge approved police taking all of Noel’s clothes from clothing company Tom James. Their analysis of New Chapel’s credit card found Noel spent more than $183,000 on clothes from the company between 2019 and 2022.
