I don't for a minute believe they existed either. Never have. I was just pointing out that she doesn't even realize how ludicrous her reasoning for throwing away the undies. If she wanted to "protect travis" she would have gotten rid of all evidence of their sexual past INCLUDING that raunchy phone conversation.

Actually, what she said is true about someone who has BPD. If you re-read her comment. I also work in behavioral health. It may take several tries but someone who truly wants to do it will find a way at some point. half-hearted attempts aren't really attempts...more than likely they are a cry for help OR if they have some Axis II going on, a manipulative ploy. I see all types every single day at work, among other things.

When I worked as a donation coordinator for an eye and tissue bank, we had a case of an elderly man who died of a sudden heart attack in his mid 80's. His wife was 87 and she covered him with his favorite blanket kissed him goodbye and then went home and shot herself. She left a note saying she couldn't live a day without her beloved husband. Women do shoot themselves.

Yes, it's rare but women do sometimes go to the gun as their method of committing suicide.

The gun in the closet is another obvious lie. Do y'all remember when she told Flores that Travis didn't own a gun? The only weapons he had were "his two fists"....so many lies she is gonna be called out on!

I think that they're going to argue the trajectory of the bullet because of the stance Jodi said he was coming at her, "He got like a linebacker, he got low and grabbed my waist, and as he was lunging at me the gun went off. I didn't mean to shoot. I didn't even think I was holding the trigger."

In her testimony about the time she shoots the gun and says she did not know she shot Travis but maybe a hole in the wall. Didn't she say he came toward her and she said he said kill me now or something and than their was an objection or Nurmi changes the subject or did I not hear correctly?

Thought:
She said she got the gun from the top shelf. When cleaning, she had to use the stool. Yet in the crime scene photos, the stool was in place in the center of the closet. So did she put it back or what?

Oh, Mike Beooks just said the shelves weren't disturbed either.

I hope the jury has a lot of questions.

I don't remember at what point the jurors asked their questions, was it after all questions were asked by the prosecution and defense, is that why we haven't heard them ask any questions? Because JA won't stop talking and give them a chance?:seeya:

I agree that he didn't touch her. I wondered if she dropped the glass hoping to piss him off so that she could stab him with the jagged glass, but he didn't get mad and/or she cut herself first.

The D wants the shot first as to claim he didn't suffer as much, but her own testimony indicates that he wasn't disabled by that shot. It hurt like heck!!!

I can't get over how bad the lies are, and not just how poorly she delivers them. What has she been doing with her lawyers these past few years? These lies won't hold up against the FACTS. They certainly won't hold up when Juan delivers knockout punch after knockout punch and she has no way to lie fast enough. I guess her lawyers prepared her well in telling her to turn and look at the jury but her lies are implausible, if we're routed in reality.

The timeline of the photos is going to prove her 'story' is FALSE. Not time between the photos for all the running back and forth.....she filled the syringes with this 'testimony'. DIE jodi, DIE!!
