Heart-breaking case.

He was wearing two shirts and two jackets. Perhaps he was experiencing homelessness? Maybe travelling around, and his relatives have either reported him missing in another state or haven't reported him missing, because they believe he's willingly transient?

I am wondering if the holidays will spur a missing person report
