I'd think extensive high quality dental work might be recognized by the person who performed it, and certainly worth a check, at least locally. Somewhere she has significant charting and x-rays.
Since when is 45-60 y/o "elderly"? Staying with the facts helps these cases not get passed over with a cursory glance.
