Is 4'6" correct for height? My 7 year old is just about that tall. Do you think she is actually 5'4" and that got plugged in as 54" (which = 4'6")?
 
This is a reminder of the horrors of Katrina. From what I understand, there are more unidentified remains and many missing, perhaps over 1,000…. Do we know where in New Orleans she was found? Even if flooding moved her remains, it may be possible to try and identify her by starting with people missing within a certain radius, and moving outward.

I think you’re probably right…. Katrina victims were not handled as carefully as they should have been.
