Dispatch tapes released
KMBC 9 News exclusively obtained more than 12 hours of police dispatch tapes that help outline the moments following 11-month-old Lisa Irwin's disappearance.
KMBC's Martin Augustine listened to several hours of the tapes and reported that the situation quickly escalates after the initial call.
"Report of a residential burglary in progress," one of the dispatchers said on the tapes. "3620 North Lister. Contact Jeremy. Respond code 1."
Click Like For Baby Lisa Irwin Updates:
Code 1 tells officers to respond to the scene quickly. Jeremy refers to Jeremy Irwin, the father of baby Lisa, who called police after returning from an overnight work shift on Oct. 4 to find her daughter missing.
"He noticed the screen is busted and 10-month-old daughter is missing," the dispatcher continues. "He advised he didn't witness anything. And they don't know how long she's been gone."
In the minutes following the initial dispatch, officers can be heard canvassing the neighborhood.
"How are you on your area canvass," one officer asks another.
"Finishing up with the neighbor from across the street now. I'll contact you in a minute," another officer responds.
"Call me on my cell ASAP," the other officer said.
Augustine said many conversations are not included on the tapes because officers communicated with each other on their cellphones.

In a nutshell BS said:
--the local media is doing a great job getting the word out.
--the family won't talk to local media because "how would you feel if you were hounded during the most painful thing that's ever happened to you"--not a direct quote, but you get the picture.
--pc at 1:00 in front of the Irwin home.
--the family has received lots of cards from the public and will be hanging them on the trees out front.
--OH and they will be announcing the name of a significant person that will aid in the search.

Press conference:
Thanks the press for spreading the word on Lisa
Thanks the people of KCpeople hes met have a huge heart
Thanks the KCPD
Going to briefly discuss his role:
Wealthy anon. benefactor is true. They contacted him because there is a relationship with the family. Called BS and said get out there and help. The priority is the child. All hands on deck in helping to find this child safely, hands off when it comes to interfering with LE. If he finds anything of value it will be a one way street to LE.
Team: BS has connections with a lot of different people. To BS this person is a rock star. Well known in LE circles-- Dr. Marisa R. Randazzo (sp) was a fed, now works in private sector. Specifically works in threat assessment.
Wealthy anon. benefactorwhen BS was approached, this person (she) wanted to be anonymous. Dont focus on who it is, focus on bringing Lisa home. They dont want notoriety. BS found an independent source. Never spoken to this person before. Made call this morning. To verify and talk to one of the benefactors. Was confirmed this benefactor does exist.
$100,000 reward put up for safe return and/or information leading to conviction of person (s) who did this.
This $100,000 is coming all from benefactor, nothing to do with t-shirt sales.
Clients arent the parents. Client is the truth.
KCPD has already given me his boundaries. Has not asked for case files, has too much respect for KCPD. Hes here to complement LE, not hinder them in any way. The moment he feels hes a negative, hes out of here.
Parents will be opening up, but for now the way they are behaving is the best way to go.
Just because the parents arent speaking to you (local media) doesnt mean they arent speaking. The family appreciates everything the press is doing, for the most part.
Lets keep an open mind and lets get Lisa home.

The mother of missing 11-month-old Lisa Irwin admitted in an interview with "Good Morning America's" Dan Abrams that she had been drinking the night the baby disappeared.
"Were you drinking a lot?" Abrams asked Deborah Bradley.
"I was drinking. It has nothing to do with my daughter's disappearance," Bradley said.
Abrams also asked Bradley about failing a police lie-detector test.
"He said, 'You failed.' And I said, 'Failed what? What question did I fail?' And he said, 'You failed the one where you said you know where your daughter's at.' And I said, 'That's not possible. I don't know where she's at,'" Bradley recalled, saying that she became unglued at the detective's suggestion.

--Parents believe the intruder came through the window. There is a wood step under the window, so it would be easy. Screen pushed in slightly. Intruder lifted it up and then slid through window.
--Dog barked at M. when she was there. Irwins dog stays outside 24/7
--Cell phoneshis, hers and dead phone. Those phones were under restricted service. Could not make outgoing calls. LE still says call made at 2:30 in the morning. Family maintains they hadnt paid the bill and wasnt able to use the phones.

***Another possible sighting of baby Lisa the same night she disappeared.
http://www.kmbc.com/news/29547997/detail.html#ixzz1bPrvP1z8
A man driving home the night missing 11-month-old Lisa Irwin disappeared said he saw a man carrying a baby in Lisa's neighborhood.
Mike Thompson said he saw the man wearing a T-shirt and carrying a baby near Lisa's home at about 4 a.m. on Tuesday Oct. 4. Thompson said he waited about a week before he called police because he didn't immediately make the connection between what he saw and Lisa's disappearance.
"I was going south on 435, I exited on 48th Street, and I see a man who was walking up Randolph carrying a baby," Thompson said. "And I looked at him, he was about 30 feet from me, he turned and looked at me, and I looked at him. It's 4 o'clock in the morning, 45 degrees and the baby doesn't have a blanket, a coat, nothing," Mike Thompson told ABC. "And this guy is walking down the street. I thought it was kind of weird."
Thompson said the baby resembled Lisa, and that he would be able to identify the man if he ever saw him again.
Thompson said he has been interviewed by police.
