EASTON, Md. – Easton Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing woman.

We’re told Tiyavauna Britt was last seen in the Salisbury area. Her vehicle has been found in the Easton area.

She has a number of court records, appearing to be mostly financial related, as opposed to criminal. The one dated in 2023 had her being issued a summons to appear in court at the end of this month. (2/24). It's small claims - case No. D-035-CV-23-007593 . There's another open one dating back to 2019 that has a recent order for wage garnishment.
Judicial Record search at:
One recent case still open and worth noting - a man is is suing for custody (she's the defendant, and I would assume he's the father). A summons was issued on February 5, 2024 but it was noted they were unable to serve her with the summons. https://casesearch.courts.state.md....aseId=C20FM24000027&loc=54&detailLoc=ODYCIVIL

CAMBRIDGE — A Cambridge man was arrested Monday in the alleged kidnapping of a 31-year-old woman who was reported missing over a week ago. The woman has yet to be located.

Kenneth Stefan Bradley, 41, is charged with kidnapping, assault and related charges in connection to Tiyavauna Britt’s disappearance.

Britt’s mother also told police that the car typically driven by Britt was found unoccupied in the Dollar Tree parking lot in Easton.
The car was found unlocked with Britt’s belongings inside, including her phone and wallet.

Britt’s mother said she found a note in the driver’s side door of the car that appeared to be “a list of couple goals,” according to charging documents. Police wrote that the end of the letter said “No phones, no kids, just us.”

It was not clear who authored the note.

Bradley is currently on probation for a previous assault conviction related to Britt in Talbot County.

A lot more at the link.

If any of you checked the court records I posted above (again, mostly minor financial claims with a open custody case), the plaintiff in the open child custody case IS NOT the man arrested and charged with kidnapping and related charges. So, I'm of the opinion the man arrested in her disappearance is NOT her child's father.

Tiyavauna Britt was reported missing earlier this month by her mother, who told police that she had tried to contact Britt several times between January 31st and February 13th and was unsuccessful. It was also reported that the vehicle typically driven by Britt, a 2016 Nissan Rogue, was found unoccupied in the parking lot of the Easton Dollar Tree. The vehicle was found to have been left unlocked with Britt’s belongings inside, including cell phones, wallet, and other personal belongings. The mother told police that she believed Britt may be with her ex-boyfriend, Kenneth Bradley, with whom she had a history of domestic violence.

Detectives found video footage from February 7th in Great Marsh Park in Cambridge showing a man, believed to be Bradley, leaving a vehicle with a woman believed to have had her hands bound. The video also reportedly showed the man and woman talking before loud thuds were heard, which were believed to be forceful strikes. Officials say the man then drove away, leaving an unknown object on the group. He later returned and was allegedly seen dragging a female body to the back of his vehicle and driving away with it.

Her car was found in the parking lot of a Dollar Tree with her phone and wallet inside. A note was also found inside that included the phrase “no phones, no kids, just us.” It’s not clear who wrote the letter.

Authorities say Britt was last seen Feb. 7. One acquaintance said he received a phone call from Britt around 7:30 p.m. and heard a male voice who he believed started to assault Britt before the call ended.

According to court documents, police used cellphone data to track Britt’s car to Great Marsh Park, where video footage showed a man and a woman exiting a dark-colored Chevrolet Suburban. The woman’s hands appeared to be bound.

Male and female voices were heard along with loud thuds. Those who knew them identified the voices as Britt and Bradley, according to police. Later, the man was seen on the video dragging what appeared to be a small woman into the back of his vehicle and leaving.

Bradley is currently on probation for a previous assault conviction involving Britt and is being held without bond. He is expected to appear for a preliminary hearing March 12.

I guess there was no cell phone data after they left the park? Did the video footage with sound come from a park surveillance system?
