JUDGE LAYS OUT PLANS FOR JURY
"Snip" http://www.wftv.com/news/26545285/detail.html

The judge has already picked out the place, but hasn't even told attorneys where the jury will come from. The judge is considering giving them two week's notice and issuing a gag order forbidding them to talk about it.

Casey Defense Witnesses: Area Was Submerged
Prosecutors Question New Witnesses Under Oath Thursday
POSTED: 4:37 pm EST January 20, 2011

excerpt:
Kevin and Lisa Galloway, a husband and wife who searched with Texas EquuSearch on all-terrain vehicles within a few feet of where Caylee Anthony's remains were later found.
"We were probably the closest to her of anyone on the search," said Lisa Galloway.
The Galloways told WESH 2 News on Thursday that the area where the remains were later found was under waist-deep water in September 2008. From what they saw, they said they believe Caylee Anthony's remains were present and submerged.
"Do you think there was any way it was dry enough for someone to move the remains after Casey was locked up on Oct. 14?" asked WESH 2 reporter Bob Kealing.
"We went in there three times and that water was deep," said Kevin Galloway.
Another witness that testified on Thursday, Melinda White, told WESH 2 news she never searched the exact area where the remains were found.

Credit Carolina Girl for noticing the WESH video clips that have AUDIO of Laura B's phone call with Kasper J. The AUDIO must have been released in Discovery, but nobody has published the AUDIO of the full secretly recorded phone conversation between Laura and Kasper (yet).

There are AUDIO clips of Laura and Kasper's voices on both of the videos in this article.
The graphic says "Detective" when Kasper asks Laura how she knew to search in the area where the body was found -- but it was not a Detective speaking, it was Kasper J. speaking to Laura on the phone call.

I saw this when I clicked on Intermezzo's link about the motions that were granted/denied today.

I don't remember seeing anything about this before, but I haven't been around as much as I'd like lately. (You wouldn't believe the # of people that wait until after a deadline to get stuff done! Then they want it tomorrow, when I've been trying to get the info for weeks, lol)

If the above link is of any/much importance and/or has been discussed here, could someone please point me in that direction? TIA :)

ORLANDO -- Earlier this month, judge Perry ruled statements made by Casey Anthony to law enforcement and family can be used at her trial.

The motion reads: "because there are factual inaccuracies in the Court's Order which relied upon in reaching its conclusion, the undersigned respectfully asks that the Court grant an additional hearing in order to rule on the actual facts in evidence."

It went on to read: "The Court did not look at the evidence from the Hearing objectively and instead displays a clear bias in explaining law enforcement conduct."
