This JOHN DOE found on the Canadian side of the Detroit River looks like it could be David. I have submitted this match. Hopefully we get results soon.

I was able to get a hold of a detective from Royal Oak. He asked me to email him while on the phone to ensure that he received all the appropriate information. He said he will call or email me with an update when one is provided. He assured me that this will be looked into.
