From what bailiff said, jail had wrong date for the hearing. He's being sent over now.

Mark Kriger, Bashara's new attorney is in a trial now and Griem wants to adjourn the hearing.

Griem objects to Bashara being brought in in jail clothes. Judge points out there is no jury here.

Ahhh haha! He is so worried about his jail garb. Greim is so full of bs about the perception of that. What about the perception of all his lies!!!

Griem's all about tainting the jury pool. If the clothes are in the courthouse, they will let BB change. Griem also asked that witnesses leave the courtroom. Sheesh!

After potential witnesses for this hearg and/or trial leave. Pros. asks one lady to leave as she may be pros. witness. Griem says that she's there in support of BB. Pros. says she may be witness for them! She's not a happy camper.
