Missing Person. Kosara Wayne McMillian, AKA “GINO”, (65) was last seen in December 2023 in the downtown Flint area. (The missing person report was not filed until last week.)

He is describes as 5'8", 200 lbs, with black and gray hair.

He's got an open case in Genesee County for retail theft, but it's a misdemeanor, and although he's out on bond it's only $250, and it's been open a couple of years, so likely not related in my opinion. Case No. 2021-21F01344-OM The most recent case is for a garnishment so I would then assume he's working.
