I wonder if that's him, they state he's 31, but the one down further is around his age and has Monroe address. I wish there was a national data base for RSO, it would make it so much easier. I'm going state by state on vinelink, and so far no OH, TN, KY, IL, IN, DE.

James Easter is being questioned right now at the Sheriff's office. They are saying now that he is not under "arrest"..

They took pornographic materials out of Easter's house. They found little girls clothes outside of the local UAW, someone took down the license plate of the car that dropped them there and it led them to Easter's residence.

Easter's girlfriend does live at the apt complex where Nevaeh lives.

James Easters friend down the street from him was also taken in for questioning as well.

I know they said earlier and it shows he is in custody, so I am not sure.

I was able to find an inmate roster, which lists a 49 year old James Easter in jail for failure to pay child support, so I'm not thinking that's the same guy.

That's why I said "I" am baffled Tunker...They said that then and they're saying it differently now. We all know how reliable the news can be sometimes.

I think LE is doing an excellent job by following up on all of these leads. He might not be the one, but he also might and they have to look into everything.

That's very strange how you end up on vinelink is when they book you, so I have never had anyone on there unless they were arrested, but this is Monroe. I wish we new girlfriends name.

Boxes of evidence were carried away from Easter's Monroe home, which is about two miles from the Charlotte Arms apartments, and taken to the Michigan State Crime Lab.

He is being held on arson charges. Neighbors told Local 4 he burns a lot of things in his yard, but other than that -- he keeps to himself.

Jennifer Buchanan told Local 4 she never believed Kennedy was innocent.

"I always thought, at the bottom of my heart, I thought he (Kennedy) did not have anything to do with it," she said.
