Wasn't Kathy Wilcox ever considered as one of Ted Bundy's victims?
Nope, that's Nancy Wilcox.
Kathy Wilcox disappeared from Michigan around 1972.

December 22, 1990 Richard Hitchcock was last seen leaving Riverfront Lounge in Allegan and hasn`t been seen or heard from since.
Although it`s been 22 years, his family isn`t giving up on this cold case.
There is renewed hope Monday night for a West Michigan woman who has been searching for a missing family member for more than 20 years. 21-year-old Richard Hitchcock went missing in December of 1990.
The family tells Newschannel 3 that a retired state police officer with Michigan Backcountry Search and Rescue gave them $1,000 to help bring Hitchcock home.
When he went missing, three days before Christmas in 1990, investigators originally believed he jumped into the Kalamazoo River, but his body was never found.
Since his disappearance 24 years ago, Greene says she has searched for any information on his whereabouts.
She's done ground searches with K-9 cold case teams, used ground penetrating radar, and even used an excavator to dig in people's yards.
Even though the deadline for the full reward is approaching, Greene said she will never give up on her cousin.
Im gonna keep going and do it as long as it takes, said Greene. Keep going and if I find him myself or push someone else into it, it has to be done. I will do this until my dying breath.

“It helps us keep the faith and keep hope alive,” said Yunginger. “That one day we’ll get the answers we deserve.”
Yulinger has been searching for her cousin Richie Hitchcock’s remains ever since his disappearance more than 25 years ago from the River Front Lounge in Allegan.
Richard Hitchcock, has been missing since 1990. He was genuinely a good person," she said as she looked at his missing person flyer. Hitchcock was last seen December 22, 1990 leaving a bar in Allegan County. Since then, the Sheriff's office says the case has gone cold.
Here we are, still don't know where our Richie is. We didn't get to say good bye. We didn't get to bury him, somebody else did. I don't want another family to have to go through that, that's not fair."
But she believes the new law will help. Michigan authorities will now have to enter missing people into the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System or NAMUS.
