Missing NCMEC information

I need some guidance here. I learned from another WS member that a missing person whose page I am following, has had her profile/page/information page removed from NCMEC. Anyone know why that would be, and how do i get it all back on there? Apparently the other member has tried and has not been successful in getting anyone to answer. Any tips would be appreciated.

I have the same problem with a girl who’s been missing since 1985. Her name is Martha Jean Lambert and she was kidnapped. Her NCMEC profile is gone and I have been trying for months to get her case back up.

Ok so I found out why Martha Lambert’s info was missing. It was because her case was closed in 2009 but the case is active again. I’m working to get her reinstated back on the website. Hopefully they will also be able to make a new Age Progression for her too. If you have any other long term missing children’s cases that you notice aren’t on NCMEC please leave the cases here.
