Tuesday, Sept. 26th:
*Hearing (@ am CT) - MO – Samara Fontaine Kitts (23), Harley Michael Million (24) & Willa Fontaine Million (17 mos.) (last seen Jan. 25, 2018, reported missing Jan. 28, 2018, found Jan. 29, 2018, Mill Spring) - *Drew D. Atchison (24/now 27) arrested & charged (1/29/18) & arraigned (2/15/18) with 3 counts of 1st degree murder, 3 counts of armed criminal action, 2 counts of child kidnapping & tampering with motor vehicle. Held without bond. DA will seek DP.
Confessed to stabbing couple & fatally shooting the baby.
Trial was set to begin on 9/26/22 continued on 3/25/24 (3/26, 3/27, 3/28, 3/29, 4/1, 4/2, 4/3, 4/4, 4/5, 4/8, 4/9, 4/10, 4/11, 4/12, 4/15, 4/16, 4/16, 4/17, 4/18 & 4/19/24).
Jury will be sequestered including voir dire.
Change of venue from Wayne County to Cole County.

*Sentencing Hearing (Day 1 of 10) (@ 9am CT) - MO – Samara Fontaine Kitts (23), Harley Michael Million (24) & Willa Fontaine Million (17 mos.) (last seen Jan. 25, 2018, reported missing Jan. 28, 2018, found Jan. 29, 2018, Mill Spring) - *Drew D. Atchison (24/now 27) arrested & charged (1/29/18) & arraigned (2/15/18) with 3 counts of 1st degree murder, 3 counts of armed criminal action, 2 counts of child kidnapping & tampering with motor vehicle. Held without bond. DA will seek DP.
Confessed to stabbing couple & fatally shooting the baby.
Trial was set to begin on 9/26/22 continued on 3/25/24 was cancelled due to guilty plea.
Bench Trial for sentencing hearing on 4/8/24 (4/9, 4/10, 4/11, 4/12, 4/15, 4/16, 4/17, 4/18 & 4/19/24. All at 9am.

3/30/24 Update: Judge says Atchison cannot seek mediation for life without parole.
 
Well - not coming up with ANY articles on what is happening in this case... so I shall continue posting it. Until someone tells me different. My "go-to" person - @Jewels53 is on vacation - so if anyone else can get into the Missouri court site - maybe there is an update! I have lft the case # below. :)
