I don't blame him for having a lawyer ~ he's sure going to need one, imo. :behindbar

While you are out getting us a couple of those, would you pick up some donuts, too?! :google: Looks like it could be another long night here! (I haven't finished this thread and have ten to follow up on!)

Lol I will take a large coffee please and donuts sound divine,my twins are hungry lol.

Does anybody know if he worked at home part of the time? I wonder how a person would have the time to do all the working out that I know it requires for an Iron Man, and still commute to work, put in 8 hours, and then commute home, unwind, have dinner, etc.

Many IT specialists work from home or work out in the field. How could he possibly have even been awake at 4 in the morning after a day like that?

I have heard speculation that it was blunt trama to the head...seems to tie back in with the shovel someone mentioned earlier that he provided the searchers. Could a close friend have driven her out of town parents to the coroners office?

Posssible about the close friend driving family. I also think that the police said they had a car available to the family to drive them anywhere (remember that quick shuffle at the PC).
But I wouldn't be suprised if word has leaked out....
Thanks for your insight.
I sense you are hesitant about spreading rumours or revealing too much...Just remember to add...IMO or in my oinion, etc.
and all is well...all of us are just speculating anyway...IMO:)

Oh, please don't tell me if it is him that he would have brought his children?
I need to go now and replace that thought in my mind!

i personally don't think he took the children, but i could be wrong, RR...i've been wrong many times...

They may not have allowed them to know the COD- there is no established POI and no named suspect, I highly doubt it, plus, the tox is not back so the ruling would be preliminary and not complete anyway for the full findings. Regarding the shovel- I would not be surprised if he used it and his DNA was on it so therefore he picks it up during the search to explain it- Crafty

I beleive he left the kids too! If he took her to the spot around three and then hes on video at 4. They were sleeping! They are old enough to talk! JMO

Thank you very much for the IMO advice. I will certainly use that in the future.

I figured if I was not the only person who had heard this, and certainly don't want to spread any rumours or give out anything that shouldn't be given out. I thought it was interesting that I heard the trauma story shortly after the shovel information was discussed, from people who are very nearby the scene.

I have a different take on it, Im glad he has a lawyer because it means he will probably think he might beat this, won't hurt his babies thinking he's going to the big house- and for the MOST part, him having a lawyer progresses an arrest believe it or not.

Lol you better not go out for bleach, you might be suspected of something. You are the night owl queen.:)

LOL..every scandanavian housholds have liters of bleach on hand.:)

It's the donuts, lattes and chocolate that is lacking!
But I now picked a huge basket of wild blueberries and I am willing to share with anyone....

I found Reanne's post very articulate and relevant, however, for me, well after a bulk of evidence is already known, and for that which is not, I personally do my best not to speculate. I am folllowing and contributing to a dialog that is based on known facts, evidence, intuition and extensive experience. Nevertheless, I left at 11am today, there were 2 pages to this thread, there are 16 as I am typing this, but because I care about the integrity of what I post, and respect what others have, I read every one before posting so I can best contribute productively on this thread.

The last I checked this was NOT a Voir Dire, therefore calling out people's potential bias's- real or perceived, imo, is inappropriate.

Oh Blink...you eloquent person, you! You said it so well. And yes.....HUGE WELCOMES TO EVERY NEWBIE!

They sure are old enough to talk ~ just remember Jessie Davis' little boy, Blake who was 2 y/o and "saw mommy in the rug". The only thing about leaving them alone in the house at that age is they could wake up in the middle of the night and call out for mommy or daddy, get no answer and start wandering around looking. I wonder if they could've been locked in their bedroom? In other words, how could Nancy be killed inside the house and him be sure the kids didn't see anything?

FWIW Swimmom - the COD in Michelle Youngs murder was known before LE publically admitted it. In cases where COD is highly visible or blatantly obvious, i.e. blunt head trauma, I don't think this is an unusual occurrance. However, it is best to wait for confirmation from LE before you believe it whole heartedly.

I would also add that blunt force trauma to the head would not surprise me in this case unfortunately.
