According to the WPD, Bess was last seen on Saturday, April 20, in the 2500 block of Troy Drive, near Wellington Avenue.

If you look in the NC Judicial system you'll find two cases with her name, however it's an African American woman in her 50's so NOT records for the missing Felicia.

It does look like she has crossed paths with WV LE in the past, though.

I'm pretty sure I've found her on social media, but there's no reference to Wilmington, NC. It appears she's from WV.

Looks like she might have taken off on her own if she did go missing from rehab. Regardless, hope she is found safe.
