Jimmy Edwards associated with the Outlaw motorcycle gang. He had a falling out with a few members and they robbed him and beat him. On the next day he told his wife he was going to get his money back. The last time he was seen was at 14:45 the next day. Foul play is suspected. Edwards worked as a furniture factory employee at the time. He was married with one child.

I always thought he resembled this Doe found in Raleigh, which is just under 2 hours from Lexington. I know the timeframe is a few years off. Doe's estimated time of death is 1983 and Jimmy disappeared in later 1978.

The UID was found about 45mi from where Jimmy was last seen.
