Note: Jury wants to be escorted out of the building to restrict access to them.

So,as I was saying.....Has anyone deliberated on a jury that didn't have a private bathroom for the jurors adjacent to the jury room? If not, in what state?

Note: Not OT, relevant to the suggestion on previous thread that jurors might need break to use bathroom.
I have, in CA, and yes, a bathroom in the jury room. There's a lot of waiting around.

OG - a verdict!

So does that mean it's def. not mistrial? He specifically said unanimous.

Surfie! Is your 15 minutes up?

Hurry back!

OH NO THEY WANT ESCORTED OUT!!!!!! Thats not good!!!!!

Why is that not good?

In the 3 murder trials I followed here those juries also asked for escort out of the building and to their cars and all those juries voted guilty.

Personally, I would want to be escorted out either way.

But that's just IMO.

Ugh. I have a bad feeling. They seem to want to scram quickly. :sigh:

Hope I'm wrong.
