DOUGLAS COUNTY, Neb. —
The Douglas County Sheriff's Office is requesting the public's help in finding a missing woman.
Deputies said 43-year-old Cari Allen was last seen Saturday night near 168th and Blondo streets around 11 p.m.
"If it's a missing adult without any type of contact that the individual hasn't contact anyone, from our agency standpoint, we're going to pull out all the stops to find out why that individual is missing," said Chief Deputy Wayne Hudson, with the Douglas County Sheriff's Office.
She's roughly 5 feet 8 inches tall, 130 pounds with blonde hair and hazel eyes.
Neighbor Alex Mueller said Allen was last seen Saturday and other neighbors had mentioned plans she had with someone.
"She was around on Saturday and sometime in the night, I think she disappeared," Mueller said.
Neighbors said when deputies were searching her home, they saw her car in the garage.
Deputies would not confirm that information.
"We saw one police car out front, and then as the day went on, there were more and more and then one CSI truck and then two CSI trucks. It was kind of crazy," Mueller said.
