NEW YORK (AP) — One of Jeffrey Epstein’s longtime accusers sued Prince Andrew on Monday, saying he sexually assaulted her when she was 17.

Lawyers for Virginia Giuffre filed the lawsuit in Manhattan federal court...

As part of its continuing probe into Epstein and his encounters with women and teenage girls, Manhattan federal prosecutors formally requested to speak with Andrew.

The request, similar to issuing a subpoena, was made under the Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty, an agreement between the two countries to share evidence and information in criminal cases.

You're right! JE and GM have their own threads, why not PA? Great idea! Plus, we don't want Randy Andy feeling less than royalty b/c he doesn't have his own thread!

if there are multiple threads, will they all be noted/connected to this one?

only found out about the others because of your post. Tx.

the case kind of becomes fractured when each principal has their own thread IMO, as long as we can find them easily.

I cannot imagine what it feels like to be 95/96 but the Queen certainly doesn’t need to see the RF blown to bits by her favourite son nor anyone else.

PA is never going to step foot in the US ever again but he’s also not going to come out of this smelling like roses.

He is toast….should be erased from the lineage and never seen in public again. MOO

The harrowing new allegation is included in documents filed today in New York Supreme Court by a former Russian model named Guzel Ganieva. In June, Ganieva sued Black for defamation after Black publicly denied Ganieva’s claims that Black “sexually harassed and abused” her. Ganieva’s lawsuit included allegations that linked Black to Epstein’s sex trafficking ring for the first time. It claimed that Black flew Ganieva to Palm Beach to have sex with Epstein in October 2008, when Epstein was serving time in a Florida jail for soliciting sex from a minor. The suit further alleged that Black made frequent comments about Epstein’s sexual depravity, including that Epstein flew “very young girls” aboard his private plane and that Epstein made money because “he takes care of the little girls” and was “doing a great job with it.”

A Palm Beach County judge Friday signaled he would release secret grand jury records that could explain why serial molester Jeffrey Epstein didn’t face serious charges for sexually assaulting dozens of teens at his Palm Beach mansion more than a decade ago.

“I’m probably going to release these records,” Circuit Judge Donald Hafele said after listening to The Palm Beach Post’s arguments about why the transcripts of a 2006 grand jury hearing should be made public.

Hafele didn’t make a final decision. He said he would summon attorneys back to court when he has made up his mind.

A woman who accused Jeffrey Epstein of sexually abusing her sued another of the deceased financier's accusers for defamation, the Associated Press reported. Rina Oh named Virginia Giuffre, who recently filed her own sexual coercion lawsuit against Prince Andrew, in the Manhattan federal court filing late Thursday.

Oh alleges Giuffre defamed her by making accusations that she was Epstein's girlfriend and helped him recruit girls to sexually abuse, the AP reported she cites a series of tweets that Giuffre posted in October 2020.

The New York Times reported in October 2020 found that Black had transferred at least $75 million to Epstein between 2012 and 2017 for advice and services, despite telling investors that the pair’s relationship was “limited.” A subsequent review commissioned by Apollo’s board found that the actual figure was as high as $158 million.

It still blows me away that Black, just one of JE's clients, gave him $75-158 million, or that Wexner gave him the NYC mansion for nothing. How much money flowed through JE's wallet?
