East Greenbush Police searching for missing man

East Greenbush Police are searching for Joseph Viola, who was last seen at his home in East Greenbush on Thursday, April 25. Police released an updated image of Viola on Saturday.

Couldn't find anything either. There's a Joseph Viola in the N.Y. unified online court system but age is wrong and different middle initial.

I'm in Latham (about a 10 minute drive from East Greenbush) and this is the first I'm hearing of this.. would be interesting to hear if his family or friends have more details.
If he just walked out the door without saying anything to anybody, most of this area is developed and kinda suburb-y. So someone had to have seen him. If he was driving though or expressed interest in going to do a specific activity, definitely some mountains, campsites, more rural areas 25-30 min drive out. There's also some popular large lakes about an hour north and that week the weather was just starting to get nice so even though its not Memorial Day yet, lots of people went up there and got their boats out.
