The woman found on the side of the Greenway Bicycle Path near Gnarled Hollow Road on March 22, 2015 has been identified as Lucie Van Heeckeren, who would have been 61 years old at the time, the Press exclusively reports.

“Cause and manner of death are undetermined, therefore it is unknown if she was the victim of homicide,” police said in a statement.

Now that we know RH scared a female cyclist in a park just prior to RH's arrest, this may become more interesting. At the age of the victim, I'd wonder if she didn't come upon RH doing "his thing" and she was a "wrong place, wrong time" victim.
