MOD NOTE: A reminder straight from Etiquette & Information, linked below this post.

"VICTIM FRIENDLY

Websleuths is a victim friendly forum. Attacking or bashing a victim is not allowed. Discussing known victim behavior, good or bad is fine, but do so in a civil and constructive way, and only when such behavior is known to be relevant to the case.

The "victim friendly" rule extends to family members of victims and suspects. Sleuthing family members, friends, or others who have not been officially designated by law enforcement or in mainstream media as a Person of Interest or suspect is not allowed (i.e. Sleuthing out this type of information, and publicly posting their social media, personal information, including names, addresses, and background data -- even if it is public is not allowed and such posts will be removed, along with any posts that encourage such sleuthing).

This does not mean, however, that statements made by family members and other third parties cannot come into discussion as the facts of the case are reported in the media. Members may reasonably discuss what is said in MSM by them or about them, but do not make random accusations, insinuations, suggest their involvement, trash, bash or attack them, or speculate negatively about them."

If you have info you wish to discuss that doesn't belong on the thread, make a private conversation and discuss it all you'd like.

Thanks for helping us keep Websleuths like Tricia has always intended.

MOD NOTE - URGENT, PLEASE READ:

Some of the documents are now accessible again. Some are not - it appears from our frantic mod/admin review that those no longer available contain sensitive information about the children, names of non--case players, etc.

Websleuths tries very hard to be cooperative with the needs of law enforcement and the courts. We don't know for sure why they were taken down, but since those documents are no longer available, discussing what is in them is not allowed.

Thanks,

Knitty,
Moderator

Edit: Please note that the children in this case are identifiable because of this case and those documents that are not available. They may read here one day. If it's not in the available docs, please don't discuss it.

^^^ AS A REMINDER ^^^

IF THE INFORMATION YOU POST CAN NOT BE FOUND IN AN APPROVED MAINSTREAM MEDIA LINK, A STATEMENT RELEASED BY LAW ENFORCEMENT, OR AN OTHERWISE APPROVED SOURCE, YOU MAY NOT DISCUSS IT.

The
currently available court documents pertaining to VB are easily accessible to the public and allowed to be linked and discussed here (as several members have been doing). Court documents no longer accessible to the public via the government site or other approved sources are off limits unless they’re reported by the MSM.

Links are REQUIRED when posting anything as fact. If you want to discuss it, provide a source link.

Members choosing to disregard this and other instructions from Administrators or Moderators will have their posting privileges suspended. Zero Tolerance.

MOD NOTE:

Quick note - I haven't seen an official missing page posted yet. As members are indicating there are several, PLEASE make sure anything you bring here is from the OFFICIAL page. Look at "People" to make sure it's run by family and not by random true crime creators, etc.

Remember that only posts by the administrator of the official page can be brought here. More info at the Social Media link below this post.

Thanks!!!!

(And thank you also for keeping the info within what you can actually link!)

ADMIN NOTE:

This post lands at random.

The location of any of the children in this case is absolutely OFF LIMITS. That includes Veronica's children, Jilian's children, or any children of the accused. Do not ask where they may be, suggest where they may be, or hint that you know where they may be. Do not discuss their whereabouts in any way.

ZERO TOLERANCE

Article which links the motion filed 4/16/24 to hold TA without bail

APR 19, 2024
According to the motion to hold Tifany Adams without bail, “after arrest this defendant, Tifany Adams, did provide a recorded statement to law enforcement indicating her responsibility for the death of the deceased.”

The documents state that Adams is a continuing threat to society due to evidence that shows she and co-conspirators engaged in a plot to kidnap and murder Veronica Butler and Jilian Kelley in order to prevent Butler gaining custody or unsupervised visitation of her children.

That post says something without saying anything.

Bringing over Error505's post from the previous thread:

"Tifany’s attorney who handled the custody case regarding the grchildren was Stephen Jones, infamous for having represented Timothy McVeigh, OKC bomber. What chance does a young country girl, with limited finances, stand when it comes to fighting a custody battle with an attorney of his notoriety? Very slim chances of prevailing, and expensive even pursuing. I’ve got to really hand it to that young mom, she tried hard and didn’t give up. I’m sure TA thought she would give up! Here’s an interview Chris Cuomo did with Stephen Jones on Wednesday of this week."

I was browsing HBO last night and a new documentary about the OKC bombing was suggested to me that I ended up watching. It's "An American Bombing: The Road to April 19th."

TA's custody attorney, Stephen Jones, was interviewed at length about McVeigh. The documentary covered the roots of McVeigh's beliefs and his possible connection to a rural Arkansas extremist group. Lots of parallels between the beliefs and motivations of those featured in the documentary and God's Misfits, IMO. If you have HBO/Hulu, I highly recommend it.

Here's the trailer on YouTube:

I haven't had a nightmare about a case for a long time. This is just so terrifying, knowing evil can walk among us with a kind smile on its face and we don't even know or suspect. This is true evil. I saw those innocent women and mothers getting blocked in and no way out but to get executed by a bunch of lunatics horror movie style. And these kind of people could be anywhere. My thoughts go out to the locals and neighbors who believed these were good people. Who do you trust anymore?

Someone mentioned in a recent post (in the previous thread) that they felt the misfits were very motivated by $$$$ rather than religion. It’s interesting that on his Facebook profile CT’s favourite quote is “Money isn’t everything, but it ranks rite (sic) up there with oxygen.” He strikes me as crafty, smug and cold.

Logic is clearly not a requirement for those in the Misfits. While they are claiming to be against the government they are not against taking money from said government. A quick look at the farm subsidies received by TC, TA & Cole and their various entities show that each of them has received many thousands of dollars from the government through various programs

Ita.
Esp. the bolded.
So senseless, and all over a reason that didn't have to be.
Neither of the victims hurt anyone.
Pointless.
Omo.

God, I have been WAITING for someone else to bring this up! They don't like the government but they are sure okay taking those subsidies from them. I know some people in California involved in agriculture and have seen and heard some things about these subsidies.

Thanks for this, too.

This is kind of an eye-opener. TA was certainly dead serious about this child custody stuff, willing to spend money on a very famous defense lawyer in Oklahoma for a pretty low-level child custody case.

You mean the killer crew are hypocrites?! Gee, I am gobsmacked. <Not!>

They fit the same mold of hateful, selfish, greedy, entitled people who will go to any length to get and do what they want. They will lie, cheat, threaten, steal, and kill and use anything they can twist to their purposes. Truly the scum of the Earth (and that's insulting scum).

MOO.
