On 7/29/21, a welfare check was called in after family had not heard from him, and a missing person report was filed on 08/10/21. He has ties to Oregon, South Carolina, and Georgia.

He wore quite expensive hiking/outdoor gear (North Face, Gore Tex), so I doubt this was a homeless person. Pity there is not more information about the "campsite".
