Oregon child welfare officials have issued an alert for a 14-year-old girl who has been missing from foster care in Portland since May 22.

The Oregon Department of Human Services issued the alert for Nevaeh Rohrbach on Friday, July 15.

“Nevaeh is believed to be in danger,” ODHS said in the missing person alert.

The 14-year-old frequents homeless camps in southeast Portland, according to the state agency looking for her.

Rohrbach is described as 5’6 and 135 pounds with green eyes and brown and black dyed hair. She also has heart tattoo on her wrist and another tattoo on her finger.

Those with information can contact Portland police or the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
 
Found when she was missing in July, and she is now missing again. New missing date is Oct 7, 2023. Missing from Clackamas.


PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) - A Portland foster child has been reported missing and endangered, again.

The public is being asked to help the Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS), search for 15-year-old foster girl Nevaeh Rohrbach, who vanished from Clackamas on October 7.

ODHS asks the public for help in the effort to find Nevaeh and to contact 911, local law enforcement or the Oregon Child Abuse Hotline by calling 1-855-503-SAFE (7233) if they believe they see her.

Nevaeh frequently visits Clackamas Town Center, Kelly Butte Nature Area, downtown Portland, and the homeless encampments in Southeast Portland. She might be on her way to Las Vegas, Nevada, as well.

Nevaeh has been reported missing in the past. Most recently in July of this year.

PORTLAND, Ore. — A 15-year-old foster child who has been missing from the Clackamas area since October 7 might be trying to travel to Seattle, the Oregon Department of Human Services said.

They initially said she might be trying to get to Las Vegas, but Thursday they said she could also be heading to the Seattle area.

Heartbreaking. She’s so young. I hope Nevaeh is found safely, and I really hope she’s getting the help she needs when she returns from these excursions… sadly with her being in the system, she is likely not.
