If there is a possibility that the Doe is a male, I would suggest looking at young males from the Oregon and Washington areas that vanished about that time. Jay Pringle seems like a good possibility, but the reconstruction made me wonder if the Doe has Asian or Native ancestry (mainly the lower face of the face).
 
I'm always looking for matches for Stephen Locke Packard but I haven't been able to find out if he has any identifiers, like dentals or DNA, since we can't see them anymore in NamUs & Doe Network says he has nothing available.
 
I wonder if the agency who is managing the case would give you that information if you contacted them...
