Could Scott Curtis Fandel be one of the boys Alcala had pic's of?
Scott is the first pic.
The boy in the last pic has moles that I do not see on Scott.

Is she the same short-haired woman, only dressed up?

That's what I have been wondering and have kept going back and forth between the two pictures. He could have easily cut her hair. The background of the short haired person is very generic and could be a wall in a motel room.

If the picture was taken in front of a motel, she could be from anywhere.

The blue background person looks a lot like him but the eyes seem brown to me; Scott's are supposed to be blue. The mole boy has a striped shirt and jeans in the photo like Scott was last seen wearing but you're right, there seem to be no moles on Scott's face.

I did find a transgendered male but he was found in Ontario, Canada in 1980, deceased for 1 or 2 years.

The article and reconstruction pic are at The Doe Network, case file 1084UMON if anybody wants to check it out to compare the short haired girl.

I wonder if he ever frequented the casinos or had a reason to cross the border to Canada. We know he did not mind traveling.

The doe at the case above would have died around 1978 while Alcala was in NY.

He must have had a fake ID under the Berger alias to enroll in school right? I wonder if he would fear a border check or not if he had a fake ID?

The short haired girl on the white background as well as the short haired girl with red high heels and patchwork shirt each do not seem to have breasts. Although I do concede that the pic of the one on the white background may have been clipped to hide any that may be there.

Maybe it's just the similar style of the photos but these two look like they could be sisters to me.

This may be obvious to everybody but these two girls were photographed together (compare the necklaces of the straight haired girl)

Last one for the night. I am starting to blur them all together.

Long shot but could this possibly be a match?
Pic 1 is from the Doe Network 20UFNJ.
I realize it is just a reconstruction but the noses are a lot alike.

Different photos of the same two women, with different head angles and smiles. In this shot, the woman in the photo looks like she has at least one black eye.

This looks very close to me. I initially thought the woman in the photo was too old to be a match, but on closer examination, I don't think so.

Also, that hair? Might be a wig.

omg she has a black eye - I have a horrible feeling about her circumstances

not so sure about them being a match ... leaning towards not but there are plenty of similarities

1 & 2 look like a match to me
2 also looks drugged, as did a couple of others I saw

That 2nd picture looks haunting. I see desperation in the looks she is giving to the camera. I think they could be the same person.

cross the border when? if he took the bus in 1978, he wouldn't have been carded (I bussed to the states several times in the late 70's, early 80's)

even by car, they may have only asked a few simple questions, like where are you going and for how long & what's the purpose for your trip, which is all I ever got asked up until 9/11

most of the time, I didn't get asked for i.d. and when I did, only had to show one piece

They do look similar but in enlarged photos it appears the woman wioth the black eye has a space between both of her two incisors(?) - teeth each side of front ones. She does look older as well.

Amy was 8 years old when she went missing. She looks younger than that in her photo.

I just noticed the bruising around under her nose and around her mouth area. The injury looks to me to be someone putting their hand over someones mouth during a struggle in an attempt to keep them quiet.

"Prosecutors said that Alcala's method of killing was to choke his victims with his bare hands until they were unconscious and then to allow them to regain consciousness."

If you blow them up and look at the center of the bridge of her nose, she has a small brown "birth mark" of some sort. I think I see it in all of the photos, even the one with the shorter hair. I think her hair is just pulled back in that one.

I see it. There are some other marks on her face that you can see more clearly in the nancy grace photo which can be enlarged:

It looks like she covered up the mark on her nose with makeup. You can see the bump, however. I also see a little mark above the nose between the eyebrows, and another blemish higher up in the center of the forehead.

Can you see any similar marks on this face? (missing person Lynn Luray)

I think I see the same mark on the forehead, and a faint mark on the nose.
I could be imagining things, though.

A good many of them have the same markings around the mouth when I put them on the big screen or blow them up on the laptop. Some of the girls we see multiple pics of do not have those marks in pics that appear to be taken in an earlier time frame. It made me wonder if they had all been gagged with the same object because the marks are all so consistently similar. I guess his hand would be consistent but it bugs me that the marks are all oval shaped. Would oval shaped marks be consistent with a hand? I suppose if that is what is being reported and admitted to then that must be it.
