Removing Photo Filters

Anyone know of any free ways to remove filters off of photos to try to identify the location of the person?
I don’t have any knowledge or experience with that, but I did a google search using these words:
“free ways to remove filters off of photos to try to identify the location of the person”

And it produced some results
I hope one of them is what you are looking for

PhotoShop allows you to use layers, and if that were the case it would be easy to remove layered filters, but only if you had access to a .psd or .tiff file saved with the layers intact. if the file was "flattened" to save space or converted to a .jpg or .gif file, all of the layer information would be lost forever.

If the filters were applied with another program using a "flat" file (one without layers), filters cold only be removed if you had access to the original computer, and if the program allowed unlimited "undo" actions.

I found a few for editing like if they have glasses in one photo, none in the other. I have been focusing on OSINT a lot right now since i have a few days off work. I found a lot of cool stuff but so far my favorite it rev eye, its an extension you can add for chrome and firefox, then any image you come across you can right click and do an all around reverse image search
