I've been adding Romanian cases onto the missing persons wiki and came across this boy.

The page on the wiki was created by me with information gathered from the Romanian police page. I don't speak Romanian and I used Google Translate, so if any of the information is incorrect, please let me know.
He apparently went missing from a rehabilitation/recovery center for disabled children. I found an article about it here (also in Romanian): Centru nou pentru copiii de la Cighid - BIHON
Apparently over 100 children died there between 1987 and 1989... I wonder if conditions were better by 2003? I highly doubt a severely disabled child could just get up and leave from the facility. This whole thing is MAJORLY sketchy, IMO.
