pg 98 - Feb 22, 2009 - dom says last June Anthony's side gate left open - theory Caylee walked out of gate and down street - KMT found her and something happened

Reason for divorce filing? Speculation is George had an affair however he was the Plaintiff. I suspect sexual abuse of Casey and that she may have seen her father "look" at Caylee in a similar manner that Casey recognized . . ."

page 441 - Luke says "... wouldn't be too difficult for George to plant the hair, since he was a former police officer, he probably would know how to do that - as for the "other evidence - some bodily fluids could have been collected over time it this were planned well in advance - which I think is the case - you said Cindy's father is in a nursing home?? Did the "other" evidence have a DNA profile that matched Caylee?? What was the reason for the divorce filing? There was some speculation that George was Caylee's father - any thoughts?"

page 454 - 455 - Sept 1, 2008 - Luke says "Thought so - they need real cadaver dogs to search that area - the remains are not going to be out in the open. My guess is that George is the one that knows where Caylee is. Does George have any relatives in North Port FL, north of Ft. Myers?"

Report of examination, 17-53? If my memory serves me correctly, he should have to pay someone to read his "investigative reports". The more I look at this, the more I see a fail.

IMO Dominic Casey is driven by his own greed. Not morals. He added nothing to help find Caylee. He did, however, add bias and confusion.
Read all of his emails that were released ~ they revealed, imo, that he was a minion at the beck and call of Cindy and her tryst with the psychic world. That didn't work out too well and it makes me doubt that he has any special connection with any of the Anthonys, including Casey.
I believe he's trying to float this sinking ship all on his own. I see this book drowned even before it hits the public. :cow:

I agree - great assessment!
He initially had a friendly relationship with FCA and visited her in the jail more than once. Then he got angry when Baez did not pay him. He filed a FL Bar complaint that went nowhere.

Cindy said she sent him out to the woods to look for a deceased Caylee.
He has tried to be Cindy's hero by pushing the story that Casey Anthony did not do it -- that George did it, with the help of Kronk.

His home is still in foreclosure - since Oct 2, 2008 - Trial set for May 13, 2013 - Seminole county # 2008CA006234.
Speaks to financial desperation in writing his "book SERIES".

He has filed bankruptcy many times - the latest in Nov 18, 2010 - terminated March 28, 2011 - because he failed to make plan payments - Case # 6:10-BK-18802-KSJ.
He is no rookie to bankruptcy filings.

FCA did leave him off of her bankruptcy filing as a Creditor, for a reason though.
Implies future planning of deals together.

FCA's current bankruptcy attorney Ferwerda, was Dominic Casey's attorney.

CBS (48 Hours) owns Simon & Schuster book publishing co – which Cindy, George, Conway, Dominic Casey met with for a potential group BOOK DEAL in August 2009
CBS aired the first Cindy George interview after the memorial
CBS had Cindy George on the “Morning Show” in 2009
CBS published a ton of photos favorable to Casey in May 2010
CBS gave Cindy money for “licensing photos and footage

A Posse of (Pro Bono) Lawyers???

I don't know anyone that has Civil Court and/or Bankruptcy Court filings ( I am ignoring the Criminal case here) that has a Posse of PRO BONO lawyers involved to HELP your problems go away, permanently.

I have known many highly educated, experience individuals, with families, who got laid off from work, got caught in the mortgage crisis and lost their homes. Some had to declare bankruptcy...and none had the Posse of Pro Bono lawyers, or any, to help them.

I agree with you! In fact, IMO it will get worse. Those that paid no attention to the actual trial will catch the episode on Deadly Women, Snapped, Murderer next Store, Forensic Files, or anyone of the other dozen True Crime shows. In an hour, they will hear about the 31 days, the lies, the parties, the baby found hidden in the woods in trash bags with duct tape from the suspects house, entangled in her hair. The forensics will include the body farm findings, the hard drive searches, the dog alerts and of course the Labrador analysis. Then they will hear that she really just drowned in the family pool. :banghead: Don't count on getting forgotten FCA.
