Texas Ends Cases Involving 34 FLDS Children

In my original post I forgot to ask a question.

What makes these 10 families & 34 children different than the rest?

Did the families agree to renounce their religion?
Are the children involved only boys?
Are these parents all monogamous?
Did the parents agree to live away from the compound?

Anyone have any thoughts? I'm stumped.

The cases they are pursuing are the one's where the parents won't agree to protective requirements which include keeping the children away from people that participate in underage marriage or that are convicted of child abuse.

I am assuming that the people that are agreeing to follow the CPS plan and agreeing to protect their children are the ones that are being cleared.
