On Wednesday evening 17 January 2024, a collision between a train and a man took place on the tracks near Sloterdijk station near the Thamesweg/Seineweg. The victim died as a result. The victim was carrying a 14 January train ticket from Frankfurt to Amsterdam. The criminal investigation into his death reveals that it is suspected to be suicide or fatal accident. There are no indications of a crime.

The person was a man, white complexion, aged between 20–40 years, long dark straight hair, light beard growth, normal build. He was dressed in a blue jacket (Kingsland Equestrian), green jumper (Adidas), gray shirt with Mickey Mouse, black track trousers (Hugo Boss), blue jeans (Levi).

The man had several tattoos on his body. It is possible someone recognizes the tattoos.

Right hip: "Franzi, ich liebe dich auch ohne C" or "Franzi, ich liebe dich auch ohne G".
Lower left leg: tree of life surrounded by some birds and above it the names Samuel and Marla in a banner and Lea-Inti and Noée in a second banner. Under the tree there are additional characters.
Left upper arm/shoulder: a kind of red deer, the legs depict plants/trees
Inside right bicep: a crab
Left breast above nipple: a bow of a ship seen from the left side with a moon and a tree behind it and some flowers with four dates on the bow, 10.01.1965, 27.06.2002, 23.03.1964 and 18.07.2016
Left hip/ buttock: a shark.

Sounds like this guy could be from Germany if he has a tattoo written in German. I guess Franzi is someone that was close to this guy.

The tattoo translates (roughly) to “franzi, I love you also and only you G/C”

I personally read "g" as "Grenzen", in which case Ich liebe dich auch ohne Grenzen would mean I love you too, boundlessly.

I was thinking more towards Switzerland, where they speak German as well, or maybe the West of France towards Germany. The name Noée is very French-sounding and quite rare, I would not immediately expect it in Germany. Franzi sounds like a nickname for a woman named Franziska.

You would not say it like that in German. 'Ich liebe dich auch ohne G/C" means "I love you even without G/C".

This case really gets me (so much that I came back from my year((?)) long hiatus, lol). I feel for him, like I do with all victims, but a little extra with this guy. Not sure why. I’ll try some sleuthing on the German web when I have time and hopefully figure something out. You’d think that with all the clues in the tattoos this won’t be too hard.
