Maybe instead of Australia on the list, rename it Australasia (which would include New Zealand, New Guinea/Papua New Guinea), and also include Oceania, which would include Micronesia, Melanesia and Polynesia.

Us Kiwis don't often like being lumped in with Australia, like we're one of its territories. It's an ongoing thing - though mostly a tongue-in-cheek rivalry. :winko:
