They cracked through the windshield and are going to use an "explosive water charge" to drown out any explosives that might be inside.

The 50 cal would do extremely horrific damage to a human being.

I really think they know what they are doing and aren't trying to kill him but trying pierce the bullet proof windshield. I don't know exactly what type of bullet proof windshield this particular van has but nowadays the experts are making them harder and harder to penetrate to protect those in battle.

However like always, these vans can be used for criminal activity and to do harm to others instead.

I have read that these type of vans are being used by some deer hunters and even as duck blinds. That way they are safer from being shot by other hunters in the area.

Of course that is not why this jerk purchased it.:(

Have they checked on the Judge that was over his other criminal and custody cases? He seemed to have a lot of hatred for them.
