The Charley Project page says Elizabeth lived with her parents when she disappeared in 1988. Then it goes on to say that her father died in 1983. Typo I wonder?

Surely it's a typing error... but here the question is different... could the boyfriend have commissioned his disappearance? How to argue twice in the same night and not be aware of the danger that she ran alone at night? did he have an alibi? knowing how naive and trusting she was walking alone? What really happened to her? I saw this case for the first time in Unsolved Mysteries. I think she was kidnapped and taken out of the state and taken away. Unfortunately, we will never know what happened. I just hope that at the time of her death, not have suffered so much...
