Not only that but the killer didn't have reason to have combat flashbacks that day correct? Don't believe he was ever in combat ... Im gonna read everything this weekend so I can understand fully the evidence.

Where did you read combat flashbacks were involved? I haven't seen that yet. All I've read is the part about he felt threatened (the kill them before they killed him comment), and later he took two souls and sold his soul for a truck.

I think I'd be too afraid to listen to the confession but I would be interested in reading the whole thing.

From what I've read it sounds more like a psychotic break, not a flashback to combat. JMO

I have a lot of trouble listening to trials and 911 calls. I'm so thankful for everyone who posts the updates here.

He admits he is not thrilled to be testifying for the prosecution. He visited with ERR on the morning of the killings. He thinks they drank some whiskey & smoked some pot. He testified that ERR knew right from wrong.
