Police say they remain in regular contact with the family of missing woman Margaret Inczedi two months on from her disappearance.

Margaret, 50, from Newtonhill, was reported missing on Sunday, May 13 at around 6.30am. Her disappearance prompted a major search operation, which involved specialists and HM Coastguard.

Officers said at the time they were growing ‘increasingly concerned’ for Margaret’s welfare. CCTV footage appeared to show a woman police believe to be Margaret walking in the Berryhill Road area of Newtonhill walking onto the grass in the direction of nearby football pitches.

There is virtually nothing that we know about her. Is she married? With that surname is she British? What state of mind was she in? Where was she going at 6:30 am ? I fear the worst but pray that I'm proven wrong.
