Violence against migrant workers/unidentifed or murdered

There was a car crash in 1957 near Fayetteville NC of a flatbed truck that was transporting 41 migrant workers to a nearby beanfield in Dunn. It seems there was several deceased that were never identified. At the time it was the worst crash in US history.

"A week later, 14 of the dead still hadn’t been identified, leading the county to authorize local funeral homes to give them a decent and proper burial.”
Deadliest crash in NC history was right outside Fayetteville
