(I'm going to refer to the decedent with they/them pronouns since I'm not sure how they identified.)

It appears that the circumstances notes regarding the UID possibly being a trans woman or non-binary person is because of the clothing they were wearing. Copied from NamUs:

It'd mean they got the heritage of this Doe wrong, but it happens. Especially if they were just guessing based on skull morphology and not using something like DNA. If someone's heritage is mixed, the specifics of that heritage can be missed if you're just looking at the skull and not using other tools available now.

Does anyone know if the Trans Doe Task Force is aware of Tiger Doe?

This is probably a dumb question but how did no one notice someone being there for 6 months? I looked at Google maps and the distance between both the Library and Museum are super small and have sidewalks in between the buildings. I hope this person was identified considering their NamUs is down.
