How is it even possible to have this many delays and continuances? It has been over 5 years since the defendant was arrested, there are at least two significant witnesses to the crime, and this doesn’t strike me as a particularly complicated case evidence-wise.

I’m not all that savvy, but I don’t understand what the justification could be

I do not know either... her trial has been delayed (vacated) 23 times!!!! Now it has some kind of neuropsychologist in the act...
 
And.... another delay for trial.... 24th time.... :rolleyes:
