I’ll be watching! That trial was crazy. Remember the large *member* pictures he left all over the house for Julie to find, while blaming it on her one night stand dude? He was torturing her and I think he got off on it.
I remember the defense attorney (who I liked) trying to get those pictures thrown out and the judge said something like “With all the lurid material throughout this trial, I don’t think these pictures will be the ones to push the jury over the edge.“

Penises everywhere! In their mailbox, in her car, in with the towels, everywhere. He also cut out pictures of penises and would rate them biggest to smallest. I think he even sent sexually explicit material to her work. Julie gave them to police. She was freaked out. Creep Mark told her the guy she had a fling with years ago was responsible for them.

I wish I were! This was the first trial I ever watched and I was scarred. I thought all trials were like this. I don’t know about an affidavit but I’m sure it will come up (heh) in this trial, given how prominent (sigh) it was in the last trial.

That seems a little harsh. She remembered what she remembered - I don't think they want witnesses reviewing their testimony in order to parrot exactly what was said before. That's a lot of years and certainly not the only thing she's experienced in all those years. Things you learn "after the fact" can color what you actually remember from the initial experience, so best to stick with what you are sure you remember clearly.
