Man Missing BLACK RIVER FALLS. Wis.— Phillip Malchow, 44, has been missing from his home here since May 6. The sheriff s office describes him as being of stocky build with light hair and blue eyes. He was last seen here the evening May 6 on the island beneath Black River Bridge.

Phillip R. Malchow was last seen May 6, 1963 in Black River Falls. He was 47 years old when he went missing, and he would now be 103 years old. He had strawberry blonde hair and blue eyes.
