Aliya Payne 6 week old baby kidnapped from St Christopher’s Hospital in 1979.

Aliya Payne was just 6 weeks old when her parents took her to St Christopher’s Hospital in North Philadelphia in 1979 for a fever. The hospital staff released the baby to an unknown couple in their 30s. The baby was never seen again.
