Name : Tracy Fadola OLAJIDE (aka: Tracy CANFIELD)
Location : near Agassiz, British Columbia
Details : On Saturday, August 12th, 1995, the nude body of 30 year old Tracy OLAJIDE was discovered on a trail adjacent to the Morris Valley logging road approximately 15 kilometers north of the Lougheed Highway #7, Harrison Mills, near Agassiz, BC.
Investigation has revealed that Tracy was a long time resident of Vancouver, and the mother of one child. She had been a Street Trade Worker in the Vancouver downtown eastside. Are this and the other case of the nude woman found around the same time/place related? Possible SK?
ETA the other girl is Tammy Piper.

Yes I do think they are related as well. There is a least one more case connected and her name was Mary L. I believe. I'll have a look for the details. I think this is work of The Fraser Valley Killer.

Investigators believe one man killed the three sex trade workers, and they say significant progress has been made in creating a profile of the culprit.

They believe he may have lived or worked in the rugged areas between Agassiz and Mission where the women's bodies were dumped. He may have been visiting the region to hunt or fish or was working in the forest industry or for correctional services.

They also say the killer's red 4x4-type vehicle was scratched or damaged during off-road forays to dump the bodies, and he likely wrapped the victims in some type of weathered yellow rain gear before disposing of the remains.

Cater says it is unusual to release details about evidence, but police are hoping it will help jog people's memories.

And maybe Victoria Yonkers as well?

Police locally have confirmed Tammy Pipe, Victoria Younker, and Tracy Olajide are all connected. There is suspicion that Mary Lidguerre is as well, and I personally think that Rachel Turley is connected, but that's never been looked at afaik by authorities.

I wanted to share some information to humanize Tracy a bit as I've been researching her case and sex workers, especially Black sex workers, in this city are generally neglected and dehumanized.

Tracy had 3 siblings, her brother Michael Jr. was a middleweight boxing champion who moved to New York, and her brother David and sister Sandra both still live in Vancouver as musicians. Tracy lived with girlfriends Charlotte Johnson and Vicki Black for 3 years and the group were close friends who looked out for each other while working the street. Vicki was sadly also murdered in 1993. Tracy is described by her friend Angela MacDougall as having a beautiful smile and was always quick to crack a joke and make people laugh. Her brother Michael described her as a beautiful person with beautiful energy and that the wrong people just came into her atmosphere.

She and her family moved from Nigeria to Stevenson to Liverpool until finally settling in Vancouver. A lot of change at a young age.

She was an award-winning high school athlete, a model, and a singer. She also helped organize the Vancouver Black Achievement Awards as well as working with Black Theatre West. Her mother was proud of her. She was known to always try and help others out.

Tracy had a son who to this day is doing well according to community members. She had also quit the sex trade at the time of her murder. She'd lived on the Downtown Eastside for a long time and was a staple of the community.

I'm doing a deep dive and these are some of the sources I got this info from. May she rest in power.
