The <modsnip - inaccurate info> plow driver hit a basketball hoop that same night... apparently gave significantly different accounts in multiple reports (or they are all lies and part of the conspiracy)... but he had perfect vision, awareness, and recollection of what was going on in front of the Albert's.

Got it.

Where were these questions when CW witnesses gave significantly different accounts? Oh they saw KR's car out front at 1245 but the WIFI says she was home so clearly that's a lie. JMO

Lally started to ask him something about 2015 - then stopped. Anyone know what that was, or did he misspeak?
You can believe his testimony or not. <modsnip - quoted post was snipped>

I'm not watching at the moment (work is demanding I actually...work). Did Lucky say he did not see the basketball?

Or did he see the basketball, wasn't able to avoid it, and reported that he hit a basketball?

Edit: nevermind, I see that it was a basketball HOOP, and he saw it but was unable to avoid it.

I'm not sure how that means he overlooked John's body (which was NOT completely covered with snow).

As opposed to the 15 other people @ 34 Fairview who were all wasted from hours and hours of drinking and driving around drunk all night in a snow storm. Yup, I DEFINITELY Got IT!

It speaks to his awareness and ability to control his plow. Also, calls into question his specific recollection of times and events... when he can't put those same details to an event he actually reported vs. something oh.. he just happened not to report.

I'd also add... you're right... JO's body would not have been completely covered... buried... in snow at the times talked about. But... there would've been about an inch of snow on top of him and if you need an example of what that might look like... ChatGPT or other image creation tools can give you an idea (I don't think we're allowed to post such things here - but I could be wrong). Think camouflage. Not hidden, but certainly more difficult to discern than laying fully exposed... and then put that all together with a virtually moonless night, no nearby lighting, and it's snowing.
