Rentschler explaining how the shoulder works, how the center of mass works, etc
Jackson: if a body was projected, would you see injuries?
-yes contact injuries in right side of body, then injuries in the left side when you land, and road rash when the body slides.

Little asking about the impact of the head.
Sheridan explains that could have been the cause of death due to hemorrhaging and contusions.
Says OKeefe would have been unconscious.
Would not have been able to stand or walk.

Absolutely he was unconscious from the immediate head bash.

But folks, that what experts witness testimony does and why it is so useless. ...
The expert testimony is summarized as: "We can't figure out how this happened so it probably didn't". We know because me and my friends myth-bustered a car hitting him..."

Its was almost idiotic what they said on the stand.

Are we watching the same trial here?
Todays expert witness testimony proves these two points:
  • The injuries sustained by JOK are not consistent with being hit by a vehicle
  • The damage to the defendant's Lexus SUV is not consistent with impacting a person.

The ONLY way the tail light could have been broken by a person/arm/whiskey glass is if the glass was actually thrown at the SUV.

Lally begins cross-examination with the same question as he started with for Wolfe, that their report findings could be altered if new info is learned.

Lally. : Dr Rentschler what if you were given new evidence - would that change your findings?
Rentschler: yes
Cue Lally running to the bat phone to call <modsnip - derogatory namechanges are not allowed> Procter
