They are sure the baby didn’t first get tossed, then bled out?
“On June 12, troopers received a pathology report that revealed the baby died from exsanguination, or a severe loss of blood, from the umbilical stump.”

In my opinion, LE had their suspicions since March, but had to wait until the report to arrest them.“On June 12, troopers received a pathology report that revealed the baby died from exsanguination, or a severe loss of blood, from the umbilical stump.”
Not sure what CNA training is like now, but when I did CNA training back in 2008, we didn’t learn anything about prenatal care/birth/postnatal care. It was almost entirely focused on elder care — bathing, vitals, wound care, etc. It could be possible that she didn’t know how to clamp the cord. The autopsy will confirm or deny this. Reddit had a story about this, and described her as nurse. She wasn't; she was a CNA (certified nursing assistant) but even they should know about basic prenatal care and issues! A lot of nurses posted, "I'm insulted that they called her a nurse" and I replied, "I'd be insulted if she was called a nurse if she was one, and I'm NOT a nurse."
Drop the baby at an ER. Someone will take care of it. This is simply wanton disregard of human life.I will never understand these murders. Safe Haven laws work. Someone just has to go to the trouble of finding a fire station. SMH
MSM calls everyone a nurse. Even if they are an ortho tech or EKG tech. Not sure what CNA training is like now, but when I did CNA training back in 2008, we didn’t learn anything about prenatal care/birth/postnatal care. Still doesn’t excuse tossing baby out of the window, of course.

It sounds like the baby would have died of blood loss before arriving at the ER.Drop the baby at an ER. Someone will take care of it. This is simply wanton disregard of human life.
Is it illegal to not get prenatal care and to have an unassisted birth?
