Now, 58-year-old Daniel Paduchowski has been arrested on suspicion of aggravated assault against his missing wife, Kelly Paduchowski, who may be a victim of homicide, the Flagstaff Police Department said in a July 2 news release and during a live press conference recorded by 3TV & CBS 5 News.

Police said they arrested her husband on suspicion of aggravated assault after interviewing family members and witnesses and processing evidence. He’s also a suspect in her homicide, police said during the conference.

Very specific phone details - note multiple trailheads and times now:

Kelly’s phone returns back to the shared residence in the Coconino Estates neighborhood at around 12:13 p.m. Kelly’s white Mazda CX-5 and Daniel were seen at Campbell Mesa Trailhead at around 1:30 p.m.

Daniel reported Kelly missing at 7:39 p.m., possibly in the area of Lake Mary.

So she is at a different trailhead on Sunday am, where her husband is seen an hour later. Then her phone is back at home an hour later and an hour after than, husband and her car are at a different trailhead. Lots of time to fill in her activities, and his too.

No mention of where her phone is after 12:13, and possibly neither she nor her phone are at the trailhead where car found.

Did husband make a false police report of her missing at 7:39pm when he was seen at the second trail where car was found and him with it at 1:30?

Sounds like she was left somewhere near Schultz Creek Trail and her phone taken and brought back to the house.

Looks like Schultz Creek Trailhead and Campbell Mesa Trailhead are about 5 miles apart, on completely different sides of the interstate freeway. They do not connect with each other in any way. Lake Mary is about 10 miles SE of the Campbell Mesa trailhead and even farther from Schultz Creek Trail.

It looks very much like Campbell Mesa Trailhead is an intentional misdirection, and Lake Mary is even more of an intentional misdirection. Hoping that LE can find her very soon.

- According to FPD’s update Tuesday afternoon, data from Kelly Paduchowski's cellphone placed it in the area of Schultz Creek Trail around 10:20 a.m. on Sunday, and Daniel was observed in the same area around 11:30 a.m. that same day. Kelly's phone then returned back to their home in the Coconino Estates neighborhood around 12:13 p.m. Kelly's vehicle, a white Mazda CX-5, and Daniel were both observed at the Campbell Mesa trailhead around 1:30 p.m., and there are photos of Daniel at the trailhead.

- Daniel then reported Kelly missing at 7:39 p.m., claiming she was possibly in the area of Lake Mary.

- During the investigation over the past few days, FPD interviewed family members and witnesses, and processed evidence that led to Daniel’s arrest Monday night. According to the Coconino County Detention Facility’s daily logs, Daniel was booked into the jail at 10:07 p.m. Monday on charges of aggravated assault and dangerous drug possession/use.

- Neighbors told police on Sunday morning they heard screams
- They also said they saw Kelly in the backyard with Daniel on top of her and then minutes later she was motionless
- Those neighbors then told police they saw Daniel's car backed into the garage (which is out of the ordinary)
- Police also found clothes in the trash

While authorities were speaking with Daniel at their residence, a drop of fresh blood was allegedly seen outside the garage door. A trash bin out for collection had a gray shirt, pants, and a hat that appeared to be Kelly's, along with a camera and flashlight.

Court paperwork states during the investigation, officials spoke to neighbors who heard multiple screams from a woman, including a woman yelling out "Daniel." When the neighbors looked into the Paduchowski's backyard, they reportedly saw Kelly lying face-down and motionless with Daniel on top of her.

A few minutes later, the neighbors saw Kelly lying on her side in the yard, motionless, and Daniel was not seen, according to court paperwork.

About an hour later, the neighbors reported seeing Daniel in his 2001 Toyota Sequoia in the garage, which they say is unusual for him, per documents.

After this, Daniel was reportedly seen watering the yard where Kelly was previously spotted, and a sprinkler was left running all day in that area.

I'm calling 911, sorry. He'd have a few neighbors to choose from in terms of who made the call. What if Kelly's life could have been saved? Where were their kids while this was going on? Her FB page shows they have two.
