On her Fb Jessika Terrell is single in 2023, mentions her 2 daughters, but also once a teenage son. Photos are only of herself. In her posts she also says, she is a 40yo mother.
Judging on the photos, it has to be the right person, I found.
From 2018 I found a Fb account with the name Jessika Officer with only one photo of her.
Willie I didn't find yet.

Oh, you did find other accounts than me. Good! I just posted while you posted.

Jessika Terrell, 31, is 5 feet, 5 inches tall, weighs 150 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. IMPD detectives believe she may also use the name “Jessika Officer.”

William Frank Terrell, Jr. has a pretty extensive history in the Indiana Judicial records, including a lot of cases involving domestic violence as well as theft, receiving stolen property, and drug dealing (marijuana). Given the years of the DV cases, and a divorce not long after I'm thinking they didn't involve the missing mother, but the history is telling. He has two cases pending - leaving the scene of an accident (hearing rescheduled by request to August 12) and driving without a valid driver's license (misdemeanor with a fine - and the records showed he called the court on June 26th asking for an extension to pay the ticket). aw, little man in that big hat looking mad as heck, so cute. hope they find these kids soon. Has LE given an explanation for why they are in extreme danger?

The kids have been missing before; I remember them on an NCMEC poster. Why on earth are they still giving their parents a chance (they took them last time as well)?
I' remember seeing missing posters with children in that age range but don't remember any names or details. NCMEC has no posters of these particular children in their database, unless it just searches active/current posters. There's also no record of any action against the parents in the IN court system where both have lived long term. poster-results.

It was a poster in the past. It wouldn't be in the system now. I just remember it.

This now says the Silver Alert is for the family of 5

Silver Alert issued for family of 5 missing from Indianapolis

...
Police say the children are believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical aid.

Here are descriptions of the five:

  • Willie Terrell: 5 feet, 5 inches tall and 180 pounds. He’s bald and has brown eyes.
  • Jessika Terrell: 5 feet, 5 inches tall and 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
  • Frankie Terrell: 3 feet tall and 46 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a pink shirt and blue pants.
  • Queen Terrell: 2 feet, 6 inches tall and 30 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a pink shirt, gray pants, and light-up tennis shoes.
  • King Terrell: 1 foot, 8 inches tall and 15 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a Mickey Mouse outfit and red shoes.
Sgt. Anthony Patterson of IMPD told News 8 that the entire family is missing, not just the three children.

Those stats for the kids are rather specific (though inaccurate I would guess as King is a year old but the height is that of an average newborn baby. 1 ft 8 inches is only 20 inches) I wonder how/whom they got these stats from. Drivers license info for the stats of the parents I assume. But how about the kids?

Time last seen is oddly specific as well. 12:36pm on the 4th of July. Guessing that must be camera footage.

Silver Alerts are for missing and endangered adults or children. They are much more common for missing people. It was not until last year when the standards for Silver Alerts were expanded to include children. In both situations, these alerts must be issued by police.

Jessika Terrell may also go by the name Jessika Officer.

The circumstances surrounding the Terrell children's disappearance are unclear, as well as the reason for issuing a Silver Alert.

They were last seen in Indianapolis on Thursday, July 4, 2024, at 12:36 p.m. local time.

Summary of info from the article below:
  • Kids were allegedly abducted by their biological parents (Jessica & Willie) while at a DCS-approved meal with their grandfather, who has custody of them
  • All three children have medical conditions -- Queen, 3, has Down Syndrome
  • Phone pinged in Louisville and Shreveport, later determined the number was no longer associated with the Terrells
  • Willie's phone pinged around 4:15 a.m. on July 8 in the area of Columbus, TX shortly after a DCS case manager reported that she had a 3-way call with Willie and his therapist. During the call, Willie reportedly told the case worker that they were on the way to Mexico and said he wanted the FBI to investigate why his kids were being taken away from him
  • Willie's phone pinged in Pearsall, TX (101 miles from the US-Mexico border) on July 9
Three missing Indianapolis children who were the subject of a statewide Silver Alert last week may have been taken over 1,000 miles away to Mexico and are now believed to be in extreme danger.

[...]

Court documents filed Tuesday show that IMPD officers were called around 1 p.m. on July 4 to Famous Dave’s Bar-B-Que on Vincennes Road in Indy for an abduction. Officers met with the grandpa of the three children, who said he has custody of the kids and agreed through DCS to have a meal with their biological parents at the restaurant.

However, when the man returned from using the bathroom at the restaurant, he said the children and parents were gone. The man said he had been granted custody of the children out of La Porte County in October 2023 and that Willie Terrell Jr., 50, Jessika Officer (AKA Jessika Terrell), 31, had taken them away in a white minivan.

Hmmm....glad to have some more information, concerned about the decision (if true) they are headed to Mexico.
